Drop Shipping – How it Works
Let's take an example where John has a website, where he announces the sale of a “Shaving Kit” at $98. A visitor to John’s site purchases the shaving kit for $98 and an additional $10 for shipping and forwarding.
John then forwards the buyer’s order and delivery information to his drop-shipping wholesaler by an email. The wholesaler in turn packs the shaving kit and ships it using FedEx or UPS to the customer’s address and the goods are delivered normally within few days.
The drop-shipping wholesaler in his turn bills John for the wholesale price of the "Shaving Kit" – probably $65 plus $10 for shipping and handling. Since John has already passed on the shipping cost to the buyer, he ends up earning $98 - $65, $33 of net profit. All that John did was to send an email with details to the drop-shipping wholesaler.

Risks involved
Our inventory changes frequently depending on the goods movement. Most sell-outs are closed when they are exhausted. New stock arrivals may take some weeks to arrive. We would strongly advocate placing a disclaimer on your selling website or auction to state that the "items are subject to availability from the manufacturer" or “we always maintain a 95% in stock rate” and offer the customer various options available like back-order, instant refund or substitution in such cases where the item is not available. This would immensely help cover you and protect your company form any legalities that may arise later.

When you decide to deal with us and source your products from us, please download our Dropship Authorization Form and fill it up. No membership or monthly fees are charged.
Payment modes
At present, we accept Visa and MasterCard through our merchant account provider processed through 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption (SSL) and we also accept Paypal. Other modes of payments we accept are bank certified checks, money orders and personal/business checks (with a 15 business day lock-in).
Once I've made a sale, how do I proceed?
1. You need to collect the payment from the customer in any manner you choose.
2. Login to istockbargains.com and place an order for the product(s) you have sold.
3. In the "Ship To" section, enter your customer's shipping address.
4. We then confirm the receipt of order and send you an invoice via email for the order.
We will not ship any orders to your customer until the payment for the order is made in full. We will send you a confirmation of shipment when the package is shipped to your customer. Any errors in the order form are your responsibility.
Example:
In the event that you provide an incorrect address in the order form and the shipment has been made to that address, the error is your responsibility. Always verify the address before you confirm the order and make sure it is correct.
In the event that you provide an incorrect item code and a wrong invoice has been raised, the error is your responsibility. Make sure that you provide the correct item code before you submit the order.
In case, you or your customer are not available at the delivery address during the delivery of the package and the carrier logs the package as “delivered at door” or “on premises” the order is considered delivered by us. Package theft is rampant in many areas, so make sure you inform your customers that someone should be available to collect and accept delivery of goods. In case this is not acceptable, you can take delivery yourself and ship it to your customers yourself.
Using Product pictures and descriptions
You can make a copy of product image sand descriptions and can use them on your website or the auction platform. However, it would be easier for you to procure a CD from us that contain the same. The CD has pictures and Descriptions of our products.
Who to contact in case of Order problems faced by the customer
As far as we are concerned, we will deal only with you, our customer. Since the only information we receive about your customers is their shipping address, it is best that you deal with your own customers as you think fit. You can always contact with the order ID in case of any problems and we will resolve the same as quickly as possible.

Bulk discounts
As any other trading house, yes, we do offer bulk discounts. Please make sure to contact us through email if you want to order more than 50 pieces of the same item or a combination of various items. For us to activate bulk discount, it is imperative that we ship all items to the same shipping address. For orders placed through the online shopping cart, bulk discounts do not apply.
International shipping
Currently our services are limited to the 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) of the USA only. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Sales Tax
We are stipulated to collect sales tax by the law. Applicable rates of sales tax will be charged. In the event of certificate of resale etc. the required stipulations will apply. However, items billed to states outside our state of operations are not subject to sales tax by us.
Processing and Shipping
Usually, most orders are shipped within three working days. However slight delays may be experienced in the holiday season, where this period could go up to 5 days.
Since shipments originate from various warehouses located across the country, please allow 8 to 12 days for delivery after you receive the shipping notification. Deliveries to be made during Christmas season may take an extra of 3 to 4 business days.
Shipments are bound by the stipulations of our partner agencies. For example, UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Always provide a physical address along with the day phone number. You can find the relevant list of shipping fee at our site.
